PowerStick

PowerStick is the newest label application technology built specifically for high speed application on web converting equipment. The technology is based on a unique design combining merge and slip plate features to deliver and apply labels at a matched web speed using encoder or I-Mark feedback. PowerStick accomplishes this without compromising accuracy of placement label to label by resetting under continuous motion conditions. Conventional applicators detect product, start, and stop the label web. PowerStick uses continuous motion and matches the speed of the web. There is less wear on mechanical components, simpler electronic controls, and no web breaks under normal operating conditions. These features yield performance at extremely high speeds that have never been able to be achieved with conventional label applicators.
